Here you find information on ordering services and products from Dustwood Media. Payment, satisfaction guarantee and return policy are all included. All prices on this website in Canadian dollars.
ORDERING AND PAYING FOR SERVICES:
INITIAL CONSULTATION: Before we begin working together we will discuss your needs in a free personal consultation (in person or via phone or email).
WORKSITE: I work from my home office, where I have the equipment and software I need.
INVOICING FOR SERVICES: I will send you an invoice (usually via email) monthly, or you can prepay for a block of time. Invoices are payable on receipt. Prepaid blocks are good for 1 year; I send a monthly report detailing how much of the block has been used and how much is left.
NOTE: if payment is excessively late, I reserve the right to suspend all work until the outstanding payment has been remitted.
PAYMENT: For services, I accept cheques, money orders, e-transfers, and PayPal payments. (Actually, I also accept cash, but frankly it’s better business practice to pay by cheque, money order, e-transfer or PayPal!). My Paypal payment address is jeriwoods (at) dustwood-media.com. E-transfers can be sent to the same address.
STOCK IMAGES on this website are free. To view an image larger, click on the thumbnail; to download the image, right-click the enlarged image and select “Save Image as” (or the appropriate command for your browser) and select where on your computer you want to save it.
PRODUCTS ON REDBUBBLE
The products on my Redbubble Shop are created with my own original artwork and photos, then printed and fulfilled by Redbubble. See the Products Page for information on Redbubble, including ordering, payment, shipping, and satisfaction.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
I want satisfied clients! If there is a problem with any of my services, please contact me right away so we can work out a solution. The same will be true for my stock images.
For problems with products ordered through Redbubble, see their “What Is The Redbubble Return And Exchange Policy? page and their “How Can I Return My Order?” page. (Returns are free within 90 days of the latest estimated delivery date for most items.)
FREE STOCK IMAGES: there are no returns on my free stock images (how do you “return” a digital file, anyway?) If you download a freebie and change your mind, just delete it – easy!
